Coinciding with the 175th anniversary of Pfizer, with more than a six-decade presence in the Kingdom, Pfizer Saudi launched a corporate awareness campaign titled “Pfizer Saudi... Committed to You.”
With this campaign, Pfizer Saudi reinforces its commitment to the health of the people in the Kingdom, and to contributing to developing and building a future where science will win through initiatives that support the achievement of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The three campaign pillars:

Committed to your future, which symbolizes Pfizer Saudi’s initiatives to develop local talents, as it provides training opportunities and internships for university students, in cooperation with universities in the Kingdom, where they are provided with the opportunity to interact with the different organization’s departments. Students are able to contribute to achieving a common goal of delivering breakthroughs that change patients' lives, while gaining practical work experience with the opportunity of being offered a full-time employment position in the organization.

Committed to your progress, which symbolizes Pfizer Saudi ’s initiatives to develop its human capital through developmental opportunities, for example, the Pfizer Saudi Marketing Academy (PSMA). PSMA aims to develop the marketing skills for new talents in pharmaceutical marketing, while sharping the skillset of its current marketing specialists. This pillar also symbolizes the empowerment of women in the Saudi labor market and the development of their capabilities in the workforce. Women empowerment in the workforce is one of the organization’s priorities. Last year, it launched the Pfizer Saudi Women in Leadership Program to empower and develop female employees through participating in workshops, mentorship, and training courses that help develop their leadership skills to reach their full potential.

Committed to your wellbeing, which symbolizes Pfizer Saudi’s main mission to deliver breakthroughs that can change patients’ lives within its six therapeutic areas in the Kingdom. It also symbolizes the organization’s initiatives that contribute to supporting the knowledge economy in the Kingdom, such as the Pfizer Scientific Institute (PSI). PSI focuses on strengthening the clinical research infrastructure in the Kingdom to achieve excellence in medical research and innovation. PSI is able to achieve its goals through working collaboratively with government and healthcare institutions.
